Pay Range $24.00/hr - $27.00/hr

Responsibilities
Lead and guide all packing associates, overseeing scheduling, quality, productivity, and workflow
Effectively communicate with leadership on department goals (daily and weekly) and end‑of‑shift reporting
Ensure all employees are working within the guidelines of the standard operating procedures
Maintain awareness of all orders and how they need to be prepared
Spot‑check expiration dates, weights and labels on containers
Periodically check all product that is cooling
Oversee and train the pulling of soup orders, sandwich orders and wet pack orders
Maintain inventory of all supplies (labels, etc.) without overstocking
Maintain proper documentation (productivity/quality sheets/logbook)
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by ensuring the entire area is cleaned throughout shifts
In addition, other duties may be required as directed by your team lead, supervisor, and/or manager
Requirements
Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations
Ability to supervise a diverse workforce
Ability to train current and new employees in department standards and product knowledge
Full understanding of food safety practices (quality control, rotation, etc.)
Ability to consistently date food items and ingredients
Physical ability to stand, sit, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push, and pull items weighing 20–75 pounds for extended periods of time
Manual dexterity, visual skills and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English to perform job functions, conduct business‑related mathematics and analyze data as required
Ability to work within a temperature‑controlled environment
