What we need
As the Telementum Director of E-Commerce, you’ll assist inthe vision, strategy, and execution of our D2C eCommerce business. The Director of Amazon.com & E-Commerce Channels is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Amazon business (Vendor Central and Seller Central) as well as our internal e-commerce sites. This role leads sales strategy, promotional planning, digital merchandising, and creative execution to drive revenue growth and ensure best-in-class brand presentation across all platforms.

Speck Products
is the OG of the mobile accessories category. Founded in 2001 and headquartered in San Mateo, California, Speck has gained recognition for its innovative and stylish cases that offer both protection and personalization for consumers' devices. Speck's cases are known for their durability, impact resistance, and slim profiles. Speck continues to innovate and expand its product offerings with the introduction of ClickLockTM attachable accessories and true wireless earbuds in 2023.
Alphacomm
custom designs, manufactures and distributes wireless accessories to over 18,000 points of distribution, primarily in the Prepaid wireless market in North America. Alphacomm leads the wireless industry in the number of carrier brands managed and is the first to market carrier-licensed accessory portfolios for over fifty devices launched annually. In-house brands,
Quikcell
and
BosBos , are leading brands designed and manufactured by Alphacomm for the Prepaid channel.
Key Responsibilities: Amazon & Marketplace Management
Manage all product lines across
Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central .
Develop and execute
promotions, discounts, and merchandising strategies
to drive sales velocity and marketplace competitiveness.
Direct the development of
visual assets , including product images and enhanced content.
Lead and guide external
paid advertising agencies
across Amazon Advertising, ensuring budgets, campaigns, and KPIs align with sales goals.
Monitor and manage
sales targets, quotas, and profitability metrics
across the Amazon ecosystem.
Conduct
weekly business meetings with Amazon
to align on KPI’s, channel performance, and growth opportunities.
Website Management
Oversee performance and operations of all internal company websites.
Develop an overarching revenue maximization strategy, identifying site-level opportunities, challenges, and conversion optimizations.
Direct marketing, creative needs, and visual asset development for all website content, product pages, and landing experiences.
Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, product, IT) to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and promotions.
Analytics, Reporting and Performance Management
Lead weekly and quarterly performance reviews covering sales, traffic, conversion, advertising results, and profitability across both Amazon and internal websites.
Use data insights to refine strategy, guide forecasting, and support inventory and demand planning.
Identify trends and recommend tactical or strategic adjustments to meet revenue targets.
Track performance metrics (ROAS, CPC, CPA, ACOS, TACOS) and adjust campaigns to maximize profitability.
Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in e-commerce management or digital sales roles.
Including 3+ years of direct experience leading Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central platforms.
Strong understanding of Amazon VC/SC platforms, AMS, SEO, and digital merchandising.
Experience managing creative asset development and external marketing/advertising agencies.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional leadership abilities
