We are seeking a highly motivated

Director of Quality

to lead and manage all quality initiatives across our organization. This role ensures compliance with regulatory standards, drives continuous improvement, and supports physician performance programs aligned with corporate goals. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and oversee quality programs and initiatives across the practice in conjunction with the RANT Quality Committee and senior leadership. Maintain a group wide PQI project program that fulfills the regulatory mandate of Part IV of MOC. Coordinates the provision of PQRS data to CMS in conjunction with RANT's billing company. Manage and develop corporate macro policies and procedures to ensure alignment with radiology best practices. Coordinate Meaningful Use implementation program. Ensure compliance with MQSA, HIPAA, HITECH, MIPPA, and other regulatory requirements. Manage physician performance improvement programs, including PQI and 360 feedback. Collaborate with the IT department to track and report quality-related data. Prepare and present QA reports for physicians and medical directors. Coordinate ACR Registry activities and Imaging 3.0 program audits. Functions as administrator for internal radiologist performance feedback program that contributes to yearly performance evaluations. Design and deliver quality education and training for staff and physicians. This includes quarterly and yearly QA reports for all staff, hospital medical directors and clinic medical directors. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Radiologic Science, Healthcare Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in a healthcare environment. Minimum 2 years experience leading a team. Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or willingness to obtain. Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality assurance principles.
