Warehouse Manager- Bilingual
The purpose of the Warehouse Manager is to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, inventory control, and distribution of products. This role provides leadership to warehouse staff while maintaining safety standards, accuracy, and operational efficiency to meet customer and business needs.
Responsibilities
Manage warehouse staff to meet and exceed productivity and performance goals
Oversee receiving, storage, barcoding, and distribution of inventory
Monitor quality, accuracy, and safety of all warehouse operations
Manage scrap tire disposal processing (OOSTA)
Coordinate with sales and service departments to support operational needs
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper layout of the warehouse
Duties
Review inventory transactions for accuracy before closing
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies
Specialized Knowledge
Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics
Understanding of safety regulations and best practices
Ability to match customer demand with available inventory
Experience with inventory systems (AS400 or similar preferred)
Bilingual
Skills
Computer literate
Ability to read, interpret, and generate reports
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Customer-focused mindset
Abilities
Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to work effectively under pressure and time constraints
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new responsibilities
