is looking for a
full-time Assistant Manager
who’s ready to grow into a
General Manager role within 6–12 months . This is a hands‑on, people‑first position designed for a driven fitness professional who wants more than just teaching classes—you want to
lead, influence, and build something meaningful .

Who You Are You’re someone who brings

A
certified group fitness instructor or personal trainer
through a nationally accredited organization A
MAX‑certified instructor
with 1+ year of coaching experience
A natural motivator who loves helping people succeed – members and teammates
A strong communicator who feels comfortable leading classes, conversations, and community events
A team player who’s flexible, proactive, and not afraid to jump in where needed
Someone who aligns deeply with our values and believes fitness should be empowering and fun
What You’ll Be Doing No two days are the same, and that’s part of the fun.
Coach
10–15 high‑energy, 45‑minute group fitness classes per week
(HIIT, Strength, Cardio Kickboxing)
Help manage class schedules, coordinate subs, and support instructor onboarding and development
Assist with
membership sales, lead follow‑up, and retention , working closely with the Center Manager
Be a visible leader at
local marketing and community events
(at least 2 weekends per month)
Capture content for social media and promotions (yes, your energy matters!)
Maintain accurate member records using
ClubReady and other systems
Help uphold a
clean, safe, welcoming, high‑energy environment
Represent MAX in a way that inspires confidence, consistency, and results
What You’ll Need
Current
CPR/AED certification
preferred
Valid
group fitness or personal training certification
(NASM, ACE, AFAA, etc.) OR
MAX Instructor Certification with 1+ year coaching experience preferred
Ability to work a
flexible 40‑hour schedule , including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
Comfort using—or willingness to learn—tools like
ClubReady, Go High Level, and FranConnect
Compensation & Perks We believe in investing in our leaders.
$41,600–$45,000 base salary
Performance bonuses
available after a 90‑day probation period
Paid Time Off
5 days PTO after 90 days
15 total days PTO after 180 days
