Position Overview The General Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the location, including sales, team leadership, member experience, and day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coaching and developing others, and is driven by both people and performance.

You will serve as the face of the business—leading the team, supporting members, and ensuring the center consistently delivers an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of instructors and front desk staff

Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable to performance and service standards

Manage hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and ongoing training

Foster a positive, energetic, and professional culture

Sales & Growth

Drive membership sales and enrollment into programs and challenges

Lead by example in consultations, follow-ups, and conversions

Execute local marketing initiatives and community outreach

Track KPIs and sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed

Operations & Member Experience

Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient center performance

Deliver an exceptional member experience from first visit through long‑term retention

Handle member concerns with professionalism and care

Ensure facility cleanliness, organization, and brand standards are upheld

Administrative & Reporting

Manage basic reporting, payroll oversight, and scheduling

Maintain systems and processes to support consistent results

Communicate effectively with ownership and corporate support teams

Qualifications

2+ years of leadership or management experience (fitness, retail, hospitality, or sales preferred)

Strong sales background with a proven ability to drive revenue

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

High energy, positive attitude, and solution‑oriented mindset

Comfortable leading from the front and being hands‑on daily

Passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed

Compensation

$60,000 annual base salary

Bonus and commission incentives available after 90 days of employment
