The Product Development Coordinator is responsible for assisting Product Developer(s) in the coordination of the Product Development project pipeline.

What You’ll Do

Assist the Product Developer(s) in day‑to‑day PD assignments

Compile product line lists and assist Product Developer in delivering them to licensors

Collect and compile reference material and assets for projects as needed

Assists in maintaining information in the Shire (Product Tracking Software) and confirming it is correct

Organize Licensor samples and assists Product Sample team to ensure they are delivered to Licensors in a timely manner

Compile contractual paperwork and forward to the FC or Product Sample team help facilitate delivery of sample product in a timely manner

Take meeting notes in licensor calls and at other times as needed

Complete ad‑hoc analysis & projects as required and other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

1 - 2 years related work experience and/or training in customer service or product-based experience

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Must have exceptional organizational skills

Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve business problems

Flexibility in fast paced environment with shifting priorities

Proficiency with MS Office Suite

Smartsheet and Adobe skills a plus

Salary Information The range for this position in the selected city is $27.69 - $34.62 hourly. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
