Part‑Time Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner – Visalia, CA
Schedule: 12 hours per week, flexible from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Monday‑Friday.

Primary Responsibilities
Assist in admitting patients for Methadone and Buprenorphine Treatment.
Obtain patient history and conduct physical examinations.
Document clinical findings and enter orders for methadone dosing or buprenorphine prescriptions into the EMR.
Authorize and supervise daily narcotic replacement therapy, in the absence of the Medical Director.
Monitor patient dosages in collaboration with the Program Physician, Medical Director, Treatment Center Director, Counselors, and Dosing Nurses.
Perform additional duties as directed by the supervisor.
Qualifications
Must be licensed in the state of California.
One year of substance abuse treatment experience is required.
Successful completion of a drug screen and criminal background check.
Demonstrated ability to interact compassionately with a diverse population.
Compensation Hourly rate: $70.00 to $72.00 per hour.
