Geospatial Solutions Architect
to join our team in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geospatial technologies, software architecture, and solution design to help drive the development and implementation of cutting-edge geospatial solutions that meet our clients’ needs. Responsibilities
Design and architect scalable geospatial solutions leveraging GIS, remote sensing, and spatial data analytics technologies. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to define technical requirements and deliverables. Develop and maintain geospatial data models, workflows, and system integrations. Evaluate and recommend geospatial tools, platforms, and technologies to optimize solution performance and cost‑efficiency. Lead technical discussions and provide guidance on best practices for geospatial data management and application development. Ensure solutions comply with industry standards and client specifications. Support pre‑sales activities by providing technical expertise and solution demonstrations. Stay current with emerging trends and advancements in geospatial technology and architecture. Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geography, Computer Science, Geospatial Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in geospatial solution design, architecture, or related roles. Strong expertise with GIS platforms such as ArcGIS, QGIS, or similar. Proficiency in spatial databases (PostGIS, Oracle Spatial) and geospatial data formats. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and geospatial cloud services. Familiarity with web mapping technologies (Leaflet, OpenLayers, Mapbox). Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. How to Apply
