Program Manager

in the

District of Columbia (USA) .

In this role, you will lead a high-value federal program, overseeing multi-disciplinary teams and ensuring the successful delivery of strategic initiatives across Outreach & Engagement, IT, Cybersecurity, and Data Operations. You will provide executive-level direction, manage program resources, and ensure quality, cost, and schedule objectives are achieved. Acting as the primary liaison between government stakeholders and your team, you will drive risk management, performance optimization, and strategic alignment of all program activities. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic federal environment with high impact and visibility.

Accountabilities

Lead program execution, ensuring objectives across Outreach & Engagement, IT, Cybersecurity, and Data Operations are met.

Serve as the main point of contact between government stakeholders and internal teams.

Oversee performance, cost, schedule, and quality across multiple workstreams.

Implement and monitor quality assurance measures and program governance.

Conduct status meetings, reporting, and issue resolution.

Drive resource planning, risk management, and optimization of program performance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.

PMP or PgMP certification from PMI.

Minimum of 5 years of program management experience supporting large federal programs of similar scope.

Experience managing Department of Defense contracts or similar federal programs, with exposure to Outreach & Engagement and IT-focused initiatives.

Knowledge of cybersecurity, software development, and cloud migration projects.

Strong strategic communication skills and ability to convey initiatives to diverse stakeholders.

Active Secret Security Clearance or favorable Tier 3 investigation.

Proven leadership and team management experience in a complex, multi-disciplinary environment.
