The Program Manager will provide executive-level oversight for a large-scale federal contract, driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence across multiple functional areas. This role is responsible for leading multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring contract performance, and delivering integrated solutions that align with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic federal environment, balancing risk management, resource planning, and quality assurance while serving as the primary liaison between stakeholders and team members. Success in this role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. The Program Manager will also guide IT, cybersecurity, and outreach initiatives to support mission-critical objectives.

Accountabilities

Provide overall direction and leadership for program initiatives, including IT, cybersecurity, and Outreach & Engagement services.

Serve as the primary liaison between government stakeholders and contractor teams.

Manage task performance, cost, schedule, and quality to ensure successful program delivery.

Implement quality assurance measures and monitor compliance with program requirements.

Lead status meetings, reporting, and resolution of program issues.

Drive risk management, resource planning, and performance optimization.

Ensure integration of strategic communication initiatives, including brand, content, PR, and web/social media activities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field.

Valid PMP or PgMP certification from PMI.

Minimum of 5 years of program management experience supporting large federal government programs.

Experience with Department of Defense contracts, preferably in Military Community and Family Policy or related support areas.

Knowledge of IT-focused programs, including cybersecurity, software development, and cloud migration.

Strong ability to communicate strategic initiatives and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Active Secret Security Clearance or active Tier 3 investigation required.

US Citizenship required.
