The Senior Ops Financial Analyst will be a pivotal part of the Operations Finance team supporting the end-to-end financial planning process of inventory and costs across materials, manufacturing and logistics. Reporting to the Sr. Ops Finance Manager, this role will serve as the key holder of Dymatize Brand’s Ops Finance and PNC Inventory reporting and analytics to deliver near‑in and long‑term financial goals. Responsibilities include ownership of Ops Finance monthly reporting, support in the financial planning process and ad hoc strategic decision making.
This individual will possess strong data / system skills with an exceptional eye to detail, strong communication skills with ability to work across teams to deliver results and a passion for continuous improvement. Success in this role means using analytics to derive business insights and translating findings into actionable recommendations.

Financial Planning and Reporting: 60% of your time
Deliver timely and efficiently, monthly financial reports and variance analyses Support both cost and inventory financial planning process by owning elements of the Operations Finance forecast model, partnering with cross-functionals to receive timely and validated inputs Calculate, consolidate and communicate ongoing Operations outlook and risks/opportunities Analyze, Synthesize, Translate: 30% of your time
Provide analytics across inventory, sourcing, manufacturing, and logistics – from volume/rate/mix variances vs Plan/Forecast/YAGO to forward outlook and sensitivities with clear commentary to focus the organization on key insights & actionable items Partner with the Operations organization to translate business decisions into clear projections of future financial performance, becoming a trusted business partner to the Dymatize Brand Finance team Ad Hocs and Special Projects: 10% of your time
Refine models, assumptions and scenarios to influence key decisions while driving a risk-intelligent culture Ad hoc projects as assigned What are we looking for?
Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience Experience: 3+ years of FP&A experience required within the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, Supply Chain / Operations Finance, Data Science or Management Reporting background a plus Skills: Highly proficient in Excel. PowerBI / Tableau background a plus Detail oriented with ability to connect the dots back to the bigger picture Proven history of seeking process improvement and automation with a kaizen / six sigma mindset Good understanding of accounting fundamentals. Basic knowledge of gross margin variance analysis a plus Organized, works well under pressure and meets deadlines Strong communication skills; able to communicate across all levels of the organization Agile in NetSuite, and PowerPoint.
