CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST-Diagnostic (Contract Position/Remote)
JOB SUMMARY: Complete diagnostic reports for psychological testing referrals in inpatient and partial hospitalization program settings for children and adolescents. Common testing referrals include intellectual and socio-emotional functioning, autism spectrum disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, and residential treatment testing for Family Support Program (FSP). All testing is completed by a psychometrician on site.
Qualifications
Education:
PhD, Psy.D
Experience:
2 years experience in a behavioral health setting.
Licensure/Certification:
Licensed Clinical Psychologist in the state of IL
Knowledge:
Prefer knowledge of general and psychiatric principles, working concepts and theory, age-specific growth and development, crisis and behavior management, individual, group and family therapy. Able to work cooperatively with other site staff and involved community agencies. Good organization skills, as well as oral and written communication skills.
