JR4883**Business Development Analyst****STV currently has an opening in our Boston office to work as part of our Transportation Division.**We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented **Business Development Analyst**to join our Transportation Division to support our client service team. The Division is a dedicated group of professionals in engineering, planning, environmental, architecture, and operations who are committed to designing and building our region’s great infrastructure assets to keep our economy moving forward.

At STV we enjoy working together in a collaborative culture, developing innovating ideas, and delivering high quality, impactful projects.\*\*\*\*\***This position would be based in our Boston office\*\*\*\*\*****\*\*\*\*\*** **This position is not eligible for sponsorship ****\*\*\*\*\*****Key responsibilities include:*** Assist in business development, creating and maintaining project win plans, client capture plans, general client strategy and pursuit tracking via CRM.* Develop reports as requested by management using the CRM database.* Provide administrative and technical management support to the technical teams in the T&I Division on projects from pursuit preparation through project initiation.**Requirements:*** Candidate is organized, decisive, detail-oriented, and committed to quality.* Ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments under strict deadlines and willingness to work overtime when necessary to meet deadlines.* Proficiency in Microsoft
