We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Houston, Texas. Responsibilities:

  • Greeting guests and answering phones
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and records to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite tools, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, to perform daily activities effectively.
  • Organizing and maintaining office supplies, ensuring availability for staff needs.
  • Coordinating internal and external communications, including drafting emails and handling phone calls.
  • Supporting general office functions, ensuring a clean and efficient workspace.
  • Handling time-sensitive tasks, prioritizing workload to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborating with team members to improve processes and support organizational goals.
  • Requirements:
