- Assist with receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and ensuring they receive proper assistance.
- Organize and maintain office files, ensuring all documentation is easily accessible.
- Support team members by preparing reports and presentations as needed.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow.
- Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to complete tasks effectively.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- At least 2 years of experience in administrative support or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
