We are seeking an experienced
Production Manager
to lead daily production operations across multiple departments and drive efficiency, quality, and safety throughout our facility. This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for someone who excels at managing cross-functional teams, improving processes, and delivering operational excellence.
Base Pay Range $90,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr
What You’ll Do
Lead and oversee production operations across multiple departments, including Sort, Test (Computer & Mobility/HDD), Quality Control, Inventory, Fulfillment, Returns, Refurbishment, and Shipping & Receiving.
Develop, implement, and manage production schedules to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), departmental metrics, and budgets, identifying opportunities to improve productivity and reduce costs.
Implement and maintain quality and safety standards, ensuring teams are well-trained, compliant, and aligned with company policies.
Partner with cross-functional teams—including Inbound Sales, Product Sales, eCommerce, and IT—to streamline workflows, enhance reporting, and support strategic initiatives.
Analyze production data to provide actionable insights and recommendations that improve efficiency, optimize processes, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Who You Are
An experienced operations leader with demonstrated success managing production, refurbishment, or fulfillment environments.
Highly knowledgeable in operational efficiency, process improvement, and performance management.
Proven ability to lead multiple teams and departments while delivering consistent, high-quality results.
Data-driven, with strong experience using KPIs and analytics to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
An excellent communicator with strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
Detail-oriented, strategic, and able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
