$90,000.00 - $104,160.00 (Experience and qualifications will be considered)

Schedule:

Full-time; Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Overview Thrive Communities is dedicated to creating a community where residents feel seen, supported, and empowered. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead a maintenance team, manage vendor relationships, and ensure the property is maintained to the highest standards of safety, quality, and resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise maintenance team members, ensuring timely completion of all work orders and unit turns.

Conduct monthly safety meetings, schedule preventative maintenance, and maintain OSHA and SDS safety and reporting requirements.

Maintain ground and interior property appearance, coordinating with landscaping, pest control, and other physical asset vendors.

Manage inventory of supplies and track maintenance budgets, seeking approval for work that exceeds budget limits.

Respond to emergency on‑call duties as required.

Maintain a positive team culture and deliver excellent customer service to residents.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in property maintenance or a related field.

Strong experience managing maintenance in multi‑family property settings.

Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) or Certified Pool Operator (desired).

Basic computer skills, including data entry and use of tracking systems such as Yardi.

High organizational skills, strong communication, and attention to detail.

Experience supervising a team and working within a budget.

Valid driver's license and automobile insurance coverage.

Physical Requirements

Stand and walk for 66% – 100% of the time; ability to sit at a desk for extended periods.

Frequent typing and computer work; occasional bending, stooping, and reaching.

Lift and move up to 150 lbs on occasion; frequent lifting of 25–75 lbs.
