Telehealth Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist
Location:
Alexandria, Virginia
Position Summary:
As a telehealth pediatric clinician, you will work with children from birth to age twenty‑one, providing individualized one‑to‑one therapy through telemedicine platforms (Microsoft Teams). Parents and caregivers are encouraged to participate in sessions to reinforce skills and home exercises. Ivy Rehab offers a multidisciplinary, autonomous environment that supports mentorship and professional growth.
Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language therapy services via teletherapy platforms.
Deliver individualized, customized care plans.
Guide clients and families through technical challenges and encourage caregiver involvement.
Collaborate with physical therapy, occupational therapy, and ABA professionals for holistic care.
Maintain a patient‑first mentality with reasonable caseloads focused on outcomes.
Commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week, with availability between 3:00–8:00 pm EST.
Qualifications:
Master’s, doctoral, or other recognized post‑baccalaureate degree in Speech Language Pathology from an ASHA accredited institution.
CCC‑SLP certification; the role does not support C‑SLPA or CFY certification at this time.
Current or pending licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in at least one state; multi‑state licensure preferred.
Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
Preferred Experience:
Licensed or willing to obtain licenses in VA.
Background in outpatient pediatric therapy and multidisciplinary collaboration.
