Join MercyOne Family Medicine at PACHS, a modern 25‑bed critical access hospital. Practice full‑spectrum family medicine with obstetrics and C‑section. 4‑day work week and optional ER shifts.
Compensation & Benefits
$200,000 sign‑on bonus
Highly competitive compensation; paid malpractice and tail coverage
Up to $15,000 moving allowance
BC/BE must be board certified within 3 years of eligibility
Ability to perform surgical obstetrics
Candidate Requirements
Medical/osteopathic degree, completed residency, board certified or eligible
Mercy Medical Center‑North Iowa medical staff privileges required
Licensed or eligible Iowa physician license, DEA, and Controlled Substance Certificate
Above‑average communication skills; team oriented
H1B visa and J1 waiver candidates accepted
Drug screen and background check required
