Role As a
Managing Partner – Franchise Owner , you’ll lead a local Bldg.Works operation: launch and grow accounts, recruit and train teams, ensure service excellence, and own P&L performance. You’ll have hands‑on support, proven playbooks, and the ability to build a scalable territory.
What You’ll Do
Drive new business: prospect, network, respond to RFPs, and close multi‑site and single‑site contracts.
Lead operations: schedule teams, set QA standards, manage supplies/equipment, and ensure on‑time, on‑spec delivery.
Build the team: recruit, train, and develop supervisors/techs; maintain a bench for growth.
Champion clients: conduct site walks, implement continuous improvement, and resolve issues fast.
Own the numbers: forecast, manage P&L, and hit weekly/monthly KPIs (revenue, margin, retention, QA scores).
What You Bring
Experience in
sales
and
operations
(facilities, janitorial, building services, or related B2B a plus).
Proven ability to
recruit, train, and lead
teams.
Strong client‑facing communication and problem‑solving skills.
Organized, metrics‑driven, and comfortable with on‑site, after‑hours inspections when needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
