to identify a talented
Full Stack Engineer . This organization operates at the intersection of software, data, and regulated healthcare systems and has commercialized a cloud-based platform used in clinical environments.

The Role Our client is seeking a
Full Stack Engineer
who enjoys owning features end-to-end and contributing across the entire technology stack. In this role, you will help build and maintain a cloud-based clinical platform that processes complex biomedical data, supports personalized clinical workflows, and enables ongoing patient monitoring.
The ideal candidate is technically strong, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where software quality, security, and compliance are critical.
What You’ll Do
Design, build, and deliver full-stack features from concept through production
Build and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using
Node.js and Python
Work with both
SQL and NoSQL databases
to ensure secure, reliable handling of sensitive data
Contribute to cloud infrastructure and deployments in an
AWS environment
(including services such as S3, Kubernetes/EKS, Lambda)
Write well-documented, testable code in alignment with regulated healthcare standards
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including data science, product, and clinical stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
3+ years
of experience in full-stack or production software engineering roles
Strong experience with:
Backend development in
Node.js and Python
SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
Hands‑on experience with:
Docker and containerized applications
Git and CI/CD pipelines
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of features
Experience in healthcare, medical device, or regulated SaaS environments is highly preferred
