A leading private equity–backed professional services organization is seeking a high‑impact Vice President, Transformation & Strategy to help shape, prioritize, and execute enterprise‑wide transformation initiatives. Reporting to the Chief Transformation & Strategy Officer, this role sits at the center of strategy, analytics, and execution, with a mandate to drive measurable and sustained value creation across the business. This is a senior leadership role for an analytically rigorous operator who can translate strategic ambition into executed results, embed performance discipline across initiatives, and partner closely with executive leadership to accelerate change at scale.
Key Responsibilities Enterprise Transformation Leadership
Help define and advance the firm’s enterprise transformation agenda, ensuring initiatives are clearly prioritized, financially quantified, and tightly managed to outcomes
Translate strategic priorities into executable programs, ensuring disciplined follow‑through and accountability across the organization
Elevate transformation capabilities by embedding best‑in‑class execution rigor, KPI discipline, and value realization standards
Strategy, Analytics & Value Discipline
Own value‑at‑stake identification, financial impact modeling, KPI definition, and benefits realization tracking across transformation initiatives
Ensure all major initiatives are supported by robust business cases, aligned assumptions, and clear success metrics
Monitor performance through dashboards, analytics, and structured operating reviews, proactively identifying risks and course‑correcting as needed
Executive Partnership & Governance
Partner closely with executive leadership and internal stakeholders to identify, structure, and execute high‑impact initiatives aligned to strategic objectives
Serve as a trusted advisor by translating complex data, scenarios, and trade‑offs into clear, actionable insights
Lead executive‑level forums, governance bodies, and operating reviews to provide transparency into progress, risks, and value realization
Team Leadership & Influence
Coach and develop junior transformation talent, setting high standards for analytical rigor, communication quality, and executive presence
Influence leaders across the organization to adopt data‑driven decision‑making and performance transparency without direct authority
Foster a culture of accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement across the transformation portfolio
Key Qualifications Experience & Background
10+ years of progressive experience in management consulting, strategy, transformation, private equity, investment banking, or comparable enterprise roles
Demonstrated success leading enterprise‑level strategy or transformation initiatives from concept through execution and value realization
Proven ability to influence senior executives and lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives in matrixed environments
Analytical & Financial Acumen
Strong financial modeling, business case development, and quantitative analysis capabilities
Deep experience designing, implementing, and governing KPI frameworks and performance management systems
Comfort operating at both the strategic and detailed execution levels
Leadership & Communication
Executive‑level communication skills, with the ability to distill complexity into clear, compelling narratives
Strong project and program management skills in fast‑paced, high‑expectation environments
Collaborative leadership style with the ability to drive outcomes through influence rather than authority
Education
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business, finance, economics, engineering, analytics, or a related field
MBA or other advanced degree strongly preferred
Technical & Analytical Skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel for financial modeling, scenario analysis, and performance measurement
Expert‑level PowerPoint skills for executive‑ready presentations
Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau)
Familiarity with enterprise analytics platforms, BI environments, and performance reporting systems
Exposure to emerging analytical tools, including automation and AI‑enabled insights, a plus
Location & Work Model
Hybrid role based in the Dallas / Plano area
Expected in‑office presence of approximately 3–4 days per week
Approximately 10% travel
