Mechanical Senior Project Manager
Base Pay Range : $140,000 – $200,000 per year We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Senior Project Manager with over 10 years in mechanical construction project management to lead and deliver outstanding results across higher education, government, healthcare, industrial, and commercial building projects. Key Responsibilities
Team management, including developing and administering procedures and systems for team management matters. Prepare workload, sales forecasts, and team resources/schedules for administrative and managerial functions. Provide workload forecasting as new projects are secured and analyze prospects for unsecured projects. Update integral accounting system information. Client liaison and communication – represent the company at meetings with project clients and stakeholders. Mentor staff throughout all phases of the design process and recommend training needs to Human Resources. Utilize leadership skills and motivation techniques to maximize employee productivity and satisfaction. Qualifications
10+ years of mechanical and construction project management experience. Superior interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills. Demonstrated leadership abilities. Project budgeting experience. Ability to promptly resolve team management problems. Benefits
