As we prepare for our next chapter of growth, we’re seeking a bold, visionary Chief Development Officer (CDO) to lead the charge across the State of Missouri. With your leadership, we can break down barriers and build strong, healthy foundations that last a lifetime.
What You’ll Do
Develop and lead a development strategy that fuels the LFCS mission.
Cultivate transformational donor relationships.
Lead a mighty and passionate fundraising team.
Oversee grants, campaigns, communications and donor engagement.
Serve on the Executive Leadership Team and help shape LFCS’s future.
What You’ll Bring
Senior leadership with 10+ years of progressive fundraising, advancement and development experience, with wins in outreach, major gifts and campaigns.
A creative, data‑informed, technology‑forward mindset.
The ability to inspire staff, board, donors, and partners.
