Duties Provides administrative support to the Senate Passport Office. Examines official and tourist passport applications and related materials for stakeholders. Ensures compliance for passport issuance processes, documentation and timeframes. Organizes conference calls and digital video conferences with the Department of State and other US Government agencies. Provides customer service to stakeholders and responds to inquiries and concerns. Processes all payments related to services required. Other duties as assigned.
