Director of Operations

As Director of Operations, you will play a central leadership role in overseeing material flow, warehouse operations, quality systems, and technical records within a global aviation aftermarket environment. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient inventory management, regulatory compliance, and operational performance across procurement, logistics, quality assurance, and records functions. The role involves driving operational excellence, supporting production and customer commitments, and leading continuous improvement initiatives across a regulated aviation business. This position requires a hands‑on operational leader with strong regulatory knowledge and the ability to align people, processes, and systems to support growth.

Skills and Experience Required

5-10+ years’ experience in aviation operations, supply chain, quality, or records management

Proven leadership experience overseeing warehouse, logistics, and quality functions

Strong knowledge of aviation regulatory standards and compliance requirements

Experience driving operational improvement and managing cross‑functional teams

Strategic, detail-oriented leader with strong communication and decision‑making skills
