By collaborating closely with business stakeholders, we uncover opportunities, design solutions, and drive adoption organization wide. Through structured change management and cross-team coordination, we ensure alignment and embed new capabilities across the firm.

As an Associate Director, you’ll partner with business leaders across Commonfund to identify opportunities, tackle complex challenges, and design technology solutions that scale. This role requires both sharp analytical thinking and hands‑on execution: you’ll assess solutions, evaluate trade‑offs, and turn business challenges into clear recommendations. Then you’ll build the project plans, create the training content, facilitate the workshops, and track what’s working. You’ll apply this approach across the organization, focusing on cross‑business initiatives that create the most leverage while remaining flexible to support any area where technology can drive meaningful impact.
