The Digital Solutions & Enablement team serves as the central hub for executing strategic technology initiatives across Commonfund’s investment management businesses. By collaborating closely with business stakeholders, we uncover opportunities, design solutions, and drive adoption organization wide. Through structured change management and cross-team coordination, we ensure alignment and embed new capabilities across the firm.

As a Senior Analyst, you'll work alongside the Managing Director transforming concepts into delivered outcomes. We own the full lifecycle: business analysis, solution design, and implementation.

You'll lead stakeholder discovery, evaluate technologies, build project plans, and manage delivery. No playbook exists. You’ll assess each situation, determine the approach, and execute. We collaborate on strategy and complex decisions. You drive day-to-day work: structuring problems, managing stakeholders, and delivering results.

This position is based in our Norwalk, CT office.

Key Responsibilities Solution Design & Business Analysis

Lead discovery to uncover pain points, map workflows, and surface requirements

Structure ambiguous business challenges into clear problem statements and requirements

Research and evaluate technology solutions, building comparative analyses with recommendations

Analyze data to quantify impact, identify trends, and build business cases

Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring proposed solutions are technically feasible and meet business needs

Project Execution & Delivery

Manage full project lifecycle including planning, timeline management, progress tracking, and delivery

Lead meetings and working sessions, prepare agendas, document action items, and follow up on commitments

Maintain project documentation including status reports, meeting notes, risk logs, and issue trackers

Own project communications, ensuring stakeholders stay informed of progress and changes

Change Management & Adoption

Create training materials, user guides, and process documentation

Support the development and execution of communication plans for technology rollouts

Define success metrics and track adoption post-implementation

Conduct post-mortem reviews, documenting lessons learned and process improvements

Required Qualifications Education

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (required)

Experience

3-5 years of experience in technology implementation, project management, business analysis, consulting, or operations

Experience translating between business needs and technical requirements

Proven track record managing discrete projects or workstreams with minimal supervision

Experience developing business cases, analyzing data, and presenting recommendations

Experience evaluating technology solutions, building comparison frameworks, and presenting findings to stakeholders

Financial services or professional services experience strongly preferred (asset management, banking, or related)

Critical thinking and problem-solving with the ability to break down complex problems, identify root causes, and develop solutions without a prescribed approach

Self-starter who drives results, proactively identifying what needs to happen and keeping stakeholders informed along the way

Comfortable with ambiguity, thrives when the path forward isn't clear; able to frame problems and identify viable paths forward

Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools

Excellent communication skills with ability to build credibility across all organizational levels

Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
