Data Analyst Supporting U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE)
You will play a key role in managing, analyzing, and validating data used to inform operational decisions, meet reporting requirements, and support leadership across the organization. The work requires precision, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing sight of the details.
What You’ll Do
Analyze, manage, and validate data to support ICE operational and reporting requirements.
Develop and maintain tracking mechanisms, worksheets, and user tools to monitor productivity, deadlines, mandates, and data calls.
Use Microsoft Excel scripts, formulas, and logic to verify data accuracy and ensure high-quality work products.
Work with multiple data formats, primarily within Microsoft Office applications.
Apply sound analytical methods to acquire data, identify trends, and draw well-supported conclusions.
Manage large or complex data sets and creatively solve data-related problems.
Provide timely status updates and data-driven insights to multiple levels of leadership.
Maintain strict operational security standards and appropriately handle sensitive or law‑enforcement‑related information.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited U.S. college or university
Degree must be completed. Enrollment alone does not meet the requirement.
Official transcripts must be provided for government review.
At least four (4) years of documented experience in data management or data analyst roles
Experience must include providing data analyst support to a U.S. federal government agency or entity.
General data entry experience does not meet this requirement.
DHS Suitability/DHS EOD
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Proven experience writing and running Excel scripts, formulas, or code to validate data accuracy
Strong attention to detail and a track record of producing precise, reliable work
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong analytical and organizational abilities
Demonstrated understanding of operational security (OPSEC) and experience handling sensitive information
Preferred Experience
Prior experience managing procurement‑sensitive, law enforcement‑sensitive, or other secure government data.
