SAP FICO Lead

Responsibilities The SAP FICO Lead (Remote) will :

Oversee the module and drive & participate in business discussions; provide recommendations, solutions in various processes

Lead onshore and offshore teams and work with them to address customer concerns

Independently handle the accounts / projects either implementations or support engagements

Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications

8+ years SAP Experience

Experience with 3-5 Full Life cycle implementations

Experience with a minimum of 1 S/4HANA implementation

Strong Finance and Accounting Skills

Experience in Financial Global, New GL, AR, AP, Bank Accounting, Asset Management, Cost Center and Profitability Accounting, and Product Costing

Experience as a Finance Team Lead and delivering the full or near full FICO scope

Proficient in facilitating Fit / Gap workshops and directing clients to define requirements

Proficient in the development of design and functional specification documents

Great interpersonal skills

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Strong attention to detail

Highly organized

Desired Skills

Experience in the Consumer Products industry

Experience in the Life Sciences industry (Pharma, BioTech, Med Device)

Experience and capable of speaking with C-level executives

Experience with Revenue Recognition, Group Reporting, Collection Management, Dispute Management

Knowledge in cross module functionality and processes

Experience in working with interfaces and integration with third party systems (Banks, FP&A, Concur, etc.)

Microsoft Office proficient (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
