IT Infrastructure Services Specialist for TEKsystems
We are seeking a sharp, polished, and well‑rounded IT Infrastructure Services Specialist to deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support in a fast‑paced financial environment. This individual must present well, communicate effectively, and demonstrate strong technical depth across infrastructure and end‑user support.
Location & Employment Type Boston, MA (Primarily On‑Site; 1 Remote Day Possible) – Direct Placement – Salary: $80,000 – $98,000 (based on experience; determined by client).
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
Support Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and financial platforms.
Assist with infrastructure upgrades and deployments.
Document incidents and resolutions accurately.
Required Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in IT service desk or infrastructure support (financial services experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of Windows environments and end‑user support.
Excellent communication skills and a professional, customer‑first mindset.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, regulated environment and present confidently to stakeholders.
Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field; or equivalent experience.
Certifications such as CompTIA, ITIL, or Microsoft are a plus.
