MGB Digital is hiring a UKG Pro WFM Configuration Specialist Applications Analyst! Responsibilities
Configure, implement, test and optimize UKG Pro WFM to align with operational workflows. Conduct thorough testing and validation of configurations to ensure accuracy and alignment with client goals. Trains end users on the operation of software applications. Develops end user documentation. Provides ongoing support of the software applications by identifying and resolving issues. Engage in dedicated project work. Participates in regular team meetings to discuss team activities, issues and updates. Participate in professional development activities such as webinars, workshops, and online training. Qualifications
Bachelor\'s Degree Information Systems preferred MGB can consider and review experience in lieu of a degree Experience in the development, support or operation of software applications 2-3 years required Skills For Success
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical staff. Demonstrated analytic and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and other popular office productivity solutions. Additional Details
