Your Role And Responsibilities
As part of IBM Federal’s Enterprise Strategy practice, the Enterprise Transformation & AI Integration Analyst will provide expert support to DoD programs in driving enterprise transformation, integrating AI and automation governance, and enabling strategic planning and process improvement. This role focuses on applying organizational change management principles, assessing emerging technologies, and building business cases that enhance mission effectiveness and operational efficiency. The analyst will serve as a trusted advisor, delivering actionable insights and implementation strategies that strengthen compliance, transparency, and modernization across client enterprises.

Preferred Education Bachelor's Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field
3+ years of experience in process analysis, change management, or strategic planning
2+ years familiarity with AI/ML tools and automation platforms
2+ years experience working with or supporting U.S. government or military clients
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Active or the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
Experience driving stakeholder engagement and implementing enterprise transformation strategies
Ability to assess and integrate AI/automation governance solutions to optimize government processes
Skilled in supporting strategic planning and analyzing interdependencies across objectives
Expertise in conducting business case analysis and orchestrating value for transformation initiatives
