Responsibilities
Drive the overall product development strategy, translating business goals into a clear vision and roadmap
Conduct market research, customer discovery, and competitive analysis to shape development priorities.
Lead planning, design, build, and launch of new features, balancing strategic goals with practical execution constraints.
Manage the development roadmap, ensuring milestones are met on schedule and within scope.
Own key high-impact initiatives—serving as project owner from ideation through execution.
Work closely with UX/UI design partners to ensure intuitive, customer-centric interfaces that elevate the user experience.
Partner with engineering to resolve technical challenges and ensure scalable and performant solutions.
Define and track product performance metrics (KPIs) and use data-driven insight to iterate and improve.
Cultivate a culture of innovation, mentoring team members and encouraging exploration of new development approaches.
Maintain alignment with stakeholders across functions; communicate progress, risks, and wins clearly and regularly.
Oversee the full product lifecycle—from concept through launch to eventual phase‑out—ensuring each stage delivers measurable value.
Requirements
7+ years of leadership in product development or development‑focused product management, preferably in web or mobile environments
Proven track record launching and scaling digital products.
Strong strategic thinking, able to convert research and market data into execution priorities and tangible deliverables.
Skilled at leading and coaching teams—product developers, designers, project managers—to deliver high performance.
Deep knowledge of user‑centered design and agile development methodologies.
Clear and compelling communicator—able to translate technical concepts for business audiences and vice versa.
Familiar with modern web technologies: cloud architectures, APIs, scalable frameworks.
Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast‑paced, dynamic setting.
Resourceful problem‑solver with negotiation experience and creative solutions for technical or business obstacles.
