Senior Trust & Estates Associate
An international law firm is seeking a Senior Trust & Estates Associate to join its Private Client & Tax practice. The team advises high-net-worth individuals and families on complex domestic and cross-border matters, including tax, estate planning, and structuring.
Base Pay Range $270,000.00/yr - $295,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on estate planning, family office structuring, tax‑free reorganizations, M&A, and entity formation
Draft and implement complex trust and transaction documents
Experience with CA income tax, QSBS, or cross‑border planning, preferred
Contribute to business development through writing, networking, and event participation
Qualifications
J.D. required; Tax LL.M. a plus
6–9 years’ experience in a law firm’s tax, trusts & estates, or corporate practice
Strong drafting, research, and client communication skills
California Bar required
