What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities) Client Leadership & Growth
Act as a senior strategic partner—guiding marketing strategy and campaign development across multiple brands.
Build strong, trust-driven relationships with senior client stakeholders.
Identify and drive organic growth opportunities to expand Motive's footprint.
Assess account health regularly and collaborate with agency leadership to strengthen and evolve partnerships.
Strategic & Creative Direction
Translate client goals and briefs into actionable, insight-driven creative workstreams.
Partner closely with Strategy to ensure briefs are focused, inspiring, and aligned with broader business objectives.
Champion outstanding creative—advocating for ideas that are original, culturally sharp, and strategically grounded.
Integrated Project Oversight
Oversee and lead work across a wide range of deliverables: TVC/content, digital, social, shopper, experiential, promotions, and partnerships.
Lead planning, scoping, timelines, budgets, and staffing in partnership with key internal collaborators.
Ensure quality and accountability from briefing through delivery—every detail, every time.
Team Leadership & Development
Provide structure, clarity, and steady leadership for your team; delegate effectively and create opportunities for others to grow.
Mentor an integrated account team, including AADs, Account Supervisors, and junior staff.
Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture built on curiosity, integrity, and results.
Offer consistent coaching and feedback to support ongoing professional development.
Financial Stewardship
Own brand-level financial leadership—ensuring accuracy, profitability, and smart fiscal management.
Monitor utilization, billability, and profitability, adjusting to maintain healthy performance.
Cultivate deeper client partnerships to uncover long-term and out-of-scope growth opportunities.
Develop grounded projection schedules and communicate them proactively to leadership.
Agency Collaboration & Contribution
Partner with internal studios and external agency partners (IAT) to steward fully integrated campaigns.
Contribute to pitch development, new business efforts, and broader agency innovation.
Help shape internal processes, culture, and workflow improvements across the organization.

What You Bring (Experience & Skills)
10+ years in integrated marketing or advertising, preferably in a fast-paced agency environment.
Strong experience across CPG categories; beverage experience is a plus.
Proven ability to lead large, multifaceted accounts spanning digital, social, content, traditional, experiential, and shopper/retail.
Demonstrated success growing client relationships and unlocking new opportunities.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing cross-functional teams.
Confidence in budget management, timeline planning, and resource coordination.
A proactive, collaborative mindset—and the drive to produce the best work of your career.
