Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and driven
General Manager
to lead a high‑performing team at our 259+ guest room full‑service hotel in
Del Mar, CA . This is a flagship opportunity within Rebel Hotel Company’s expanding portfolio, ideal for a hands‑on leader with full‑service brand experience— Hilton background strongly preferred .
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the full hotel operation, including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Sales, Engineering, and Finance, ensuring profitability and guest satisfaction.
Serve as the brand ambassador for Rebel Hotel Company, championing our culture and values throughout all levels of the hotel.
Drive operational excellence through strong leadership, strategic planning, and flawless execution of brand standards and service initiatives.
Lead and mentor department heads, cultivating a collaborative and empowered team environment.
Develop and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cost controls to maximize profitability and owner returns.
Maintain strong relationships with ownership, guests, associates, and brand representatives.
Ensure compliance with local laws, safety regulations, and franchise requirements.
Guide capital projects and property improvement initiatives as needed.
