Position Highlights:
Work-Life Balance:
Enjoy a well-rounded schedule with 2-3 days of outpatient care and 1-2 hospitalist days per week, supported by midwives and APPs in both inpatient and outpatient settings to help optimize care delivery.
Build Something New : Rare opportunity to help develop a new program from the ground up play a key role in shaping the culture and direction of this new location.
Organizational Support : Backed by a highly regarded and nationally recognized healthcare system.
Leadership Opportunities : Take on a leadership role as the program grows.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary : $300K-$350K
Retirement : 4% employer match
Time Off : 23 PTO days, 10 paid holidays, and 5 CME days
CME Support : $3,000 annual CME allowance
Relocation Assistance : Offered
Qualifications:
Degree : MD or DO
Board Certification : Board Certified in OBGYN
Licensure : D.C. medical license
Experience : 1-3 years preferred
