Key Responsibilities

Thought Leadership:

Develop and articulate consulting viewpoints on existing and emerging health care topics with clinicians and subject matter experts; advance Aon's external presence through speaking engagements and media exposure.

Solution and Partnership Development:

Create consulting solutions and partner relationships aligned with our organizational perspective and growth objectives; work with IIS and Innovation resources to drive solutions to completion.

Client Consulting:

Lead clinical health strategy and support delivery of consulting assignments for customers; coach and oversee work by others while actively analyzing and presenting to the client.

Data Analytics:

Provide insights and actionable observations from client health data to address cost and performance drivers; collaborate with analytic leadership on predictive modeling and outcomes evaluation.

Business Development:

Participate in meetings with existing clients and prospects; translate subject matter expertise into a value proposition that compels employers to engage Aon as their consultant.

Knowledge Sharing:

Partner with the thought leadership team to share articles, market trend observations and internal webcasts; lead collaborative efforts to shape the internal point of view.

Talent Development/Influence:

Mentor and develop other clinical colleagues; lead by example and provide feedback after internal and external meetings.

Global Health Business Contribution:

Play a key role in multi‑country thought leadership and solution development related to clinical matters; serve as a member of the global clinical think tank.

Delivering Aon United:

Model a one‑firm approach at all times.

Skills and Experience

Fifteen years of industry experience including management of colleagues; experience leading clinical strategies and solution development for employer needs.

Experience engaging employers at an executive level and establishing trusted advisor relationships.

Demonstrated ability to manage projects to completion, prioritizing tasks and delivering on deadlines with exceptional performance standards and attention to budget.

Experience developing and building clinical‑based solutions, partnering with internal and external collaborators.

Broad business knowledge with deep health care domain expertise.

Proven track record collaborating across multiple functions and levels, including with subject matter experts, analytics teams, and other influencers.

Experience translating health care data into actionable strategies for employers.

Ability to travel 25‑50% of the time.

Education and Certification

Doctor of Medicine degree.

Current Board Certification in medical area of focus.

Benefits and Compensation The salary range for this position (U.S. applicants) is $400,000 to $475,000 annually, depending on education, experience, skills, and internal equity. The position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus under Aon's incentive plan. Benefits include a 401(k) plan with employer contributions, a stock purchase plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, short‑term and long‑term disability, health savings accounts, life insurance, and additional benefits governed by applicable plan documents.
