Duties & Responsibilities

Lead all phases of project lifecycle: planning, scope definition, design, execution, delivery, including development of administrative and operational processes.

Provide overall project/program management activities, utilizing project tools and techniques to organize, plan, execute, report and evaluate objectives.

Define project milestones, prepare and review project reports and metrics.

Coordinate budget estimates, ensure adequate funds are budgeted and available before commitments are made.

Consult with departmental leadership and stakeholders to develop implementation schedules and support operational plans and tracking systems.

Monitor progress against milestones and key deliverables, manage risk by anticipating issues and developing contingency plans.

Participate in site‑assessment activities, provide input for training and capacity building to enhance performance.

Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities, identify problems and recommend standard, cost‑effective measures.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Baccalaureate degree in Business, Public Administration or related discipline.

Six (6) years of progressively responsible experience in project and program management, execution and implementation.

Three (3) years of which must have been in the administration, management and/or execution of projects and programs of various complexities, including work in health care program planning, research, design or related area.

Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PgMP, CAPM) and four (4) years of experience as described above, with two (2) years of which must have been in the administration, management and/or execution of projects and programs of various complexities.
