Director of Enrollment Research & Analytics
Join Seattle University’s enrollment management team as the Director of Enrollment Research & Analytics. The role leads data‑driven strategy to improve new student enrollment, retention, and net tuition revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain reporting library and dashboards for enrollment forecasting and recruitment initiatives.
Develop predictive enrollment models and identify new markets for recruitment.
Partner with undergraduate, graduate admissions, financial aid, registrar, and campus leadership to inform strategy and decision‑making.
Present enrollment trends and projections to unit leaders and senior leadership across academic affairs.
Lead data mining and analysis from student information systems, CRM, and external sources.
Track enrollment KPIs, metrics, and interpret data for non‑technical audiences.
Qualifications
Master’s or doctoral degree in social sciences, business, education, statistics, or related field.
3+ years progressive experience in data mining, sophisticated modeling, and data‑informed outcomes.
Proficiency with SAS, R, SPSS, or similar statistical software.
Strong SQL and relational database knowledge.
Experience with student information systems (Ellucian College preferred).
Higher education experience in admissions, recruitment, and enrollment cycle.
Excellent communication, written and oral, and ability to translate technical findings to non‑technical audiences.
Knowledge of FERPA, financial aid compliance, and data security.
Compensation Salary Range: $110,000 – $120,000. Total compensation includes generous benefits: health, dental, vision, retirement, paid leave, tuition assistance, and more.
