RVP, Customer Success
Candex is hiring an RVP, Customer Success responsible for launching new clients and developing customer relationships that promote retention, loyalty and growth. You will cover worldwide customers, thrive in a high‑growth startup, and have a strong understanding of Procurement customers.
Responsibilities
Oversee and drive the launch of new clients including executive account management, strategic positioning, building and demonstrating the value proposition, technical coordination, training & communication plans.
Identify key client contacts to build a network, connect with SMEs, users, and drive adoption.
Oversee and address any client or supplier support or technical issues.
Perform data analytics and monitor KPIs to drive Candex usage and revenue growth.
Conduct business reviews with clients, including executive sponsors.
Provide client projections and measure progress against them.
Identify and execute new business and client expansion opportunities.
Identify product enhancements, improvements, or expansions to meet customer needs and create value.
Maintain deep knowledge of Candex's products inside and out.
Create policies and procedures to optimize the customer experience.
Support sales as needed.
Requirements
Relevant experience in Procurement, Procurement Operations, or Procurement transformation.
Experience working with large Fortune 500 companies.
Fantastic interpersonal leadership and influencing skills.
High organization and excellent oral and written communication.
Ability to influence clients to do more while building relationships and fostering trust.
Self‑motivated, self‑directed, and constantly seeking new contacts and innovative growth approaches for Candex.
Core Skills
Bachelor’s or advanced degree preferred in Business, IT, Purchasing, Finance or related fields.
Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of customer service practices.
Technical aptitude and ability to learn new software programs.
Experience with purchasing systems/processes (Ariba, Coupa, SAP, Taulia, etc.).
Experience with Accounts Payable and Payment processes & software.
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
Business fluency in a second language is a plus.
