You will be responsible for managing day‑to‑day store operations, driving sales performance, maintaining merchandising standards, and ensuring high‑quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the team, including the Assistant Store Manager, Shift Leads, and Sales Associates.

Ensure seamless store execution: outstanding customer service, merchandising standards, operational procedures, and sales performance.

Promote the store’s membership program, encouraging sign‑ups and customer loyalty.

Oversee all aspects of store operations, including cash handling, expense management, and a clean, safe environment.

Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent; conduct performance evaluations and provide career development paths.

Manage labor, inventory, and visual displays to drive profitability and store presence.

Serve as the key liaison with the Area/District Manager and Human Resources regarding employee performance and relations.

Address and resolve issues raised by staff and customers to maintain a positive environment.

Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

3+ years of retail management experience with a proven track record of leading teams.

Strong leadership, organizational, and customer management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field preferred.

Ability to relocate or manage additional stores; travel between locations required.

Compensation USD $18.00 – USD $30.00 per hour.
