Assistant Manager – Domino's Pizza
Overview: You were born to be in charge. Domino's Pizza is looking for Assistant Managers who can step up and lead the team, ensuring every shift runs smoothly, from cash handling to customer service, while staying on top of the store’s operations, inventory, and cleanliness.
Responsibilities
Perform all duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers, including taking orders, greeting customers, and operating the cash register.
Manage 3 to 30 employees during scheduled shifts, providing guidance, motivation, and feedback to keep the team on task.
Oversee all store operations, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
Prepare fast, accurate, and consistent products, completing all tasks per portions, recipes, and baking procedures.
Deliver products by vehicle from the store to customers in a safe and courteous manner.
Maintain cleanliness of the store from the front entrance to the back of the kitchen.
Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
Qualifications
Experience leading a team of 3–30 people and guiding them to meet operational goals.
Strong attitude and motivational skills to keep teamwork focused and positive.
Clean driving record, valid driver’s license, and a reliable, insured vehicle that can pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
Ability to multitask, make sound judgments, perform basic math, and follow detailed instructions.
Role model behavior: punctuality, professionalism in appearance, and an exemplary attitude toward customers and coworkers.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as the store is open 365 days a year.
Minimum age of 18 years.
