This is a full‑time, hands‑on General Manager (GM) position that could eventually lead to becoming a franchise owner. Last year our GMs earned an average of $103,000. We offer competitive pay, health insurance, and paid time off.
Fast‑food or restaurant management experience is strongly preferred. Candidates should be available during all operating hours:
Sunday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 AM
Friday and Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 AM
Delivering will be part of your training; you must have a Florida driver’s license and a reliable, insured vehicle.
General Managers are responsible for everything that happens during the shift, including cost control, cash control, and customer relations. You set the tone and example for the store and must be on your game 100 % of the time.
Your job responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Lead a team during your shift
Responsible for all store operations
Help walk‑in customers
Operate the cash register
Make all products quickly and accurately, adhering to portion sizes and recipes
Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant
Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza grooming standards
