Taft Law is seeking a partner or counsel, with a portable book of business, to join the Energy practice group in Washington, D.C., Minneapolis, Indianapolis, Chicago, Cincinnati, Columbus, Cleveland, Denver, or Colorado Springs. Ideal candidates will have FERC regulatory, RTO (Regional Transmission Organization), and transactional experience; lobbying experience will also be considered but is not our primary focus. Experience with MISO (Midcontinent Independent System Operator), PJM (Pennsylvania-New Jersey-Maryland Interconnection), and/or SPP (Southwest Power Pool) is preferred.
