Base Pay Range $61.97/hr - $77.46/hr

About the Role As a Sr Marketing Program Manager – PMM, you will drive strategic programs for Acrobat Product Marketing to meet key business objectives and milestones.

You will partner closely with Product Marketing, Pricing Operations, Engineering, DC Services, Finance, and other cross‑functional teams to align plans, manage risk, and deliver on time.

Responsibilities

Partner with cross‑functional leaders to build strategic roadmaps and execution plans.

Establish overall project plans with key milestones and drive teams to deliver within time constraints.

Coordinate sequencing of projects, managing cross‑team complexities and resource constraints.

Assess critical paths and dependencies; facilitate discussions across PMM, Pricing Ops, Pricing Technologies, Product, DC Services, Finance, and Engineering.

Perform risk management by identifying key risks and defining contingency plans.

Aggregate, organize, and synthesize program information for effective communication to extended teams and management.

Resolve misalignments across requirements and priorities.

Execute operational processes and time‑sensitive tasks, partnering with other teams as needed.

Evaluate existing processes; recommend and potentially drive process improvements and best‑practice adoption.

Drive release management activities to ensure successful deployments.

Qualifications

Strong program and project management skills with a collaborative mindset.

Proven experience leading complex programs, defining program structure, managing dependencies, and governance frameworks.

Ability to manage highly cross‑functional projects in a matrixed environment.

Ability to work with technical teams and translate business requirements into technical requirements.

Flexibility and adaptability in fast‑changing business conditions.

Strong influencing and interpersonal skills; ability to build positive stakeholder relationships.

Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills, including executive communication.

Excellent documentation skills and high attention to detail to hit timelines and manage issues.

Quick learner who is proactive in solving problems.

5–8 years of experience in project/program management, business operations, or marketing project management/operations.

Nice to Have

Experience in high tech, SaaS, and mobile.

Familiarity with SharePoint, Jira, Microsoft Office, Slack, SAP, Workfront, and Pricing tools.
