Be the trusted advisor to customers, prospects, and the broader Marketing Solutions Engineering team. Work with solutions engineers to understand the customer's unique business challenges and conduct architecture and solutioning workshops. Develop technical integration approaches, including data flow and architectural diagrams. Develop customized presentations, demonstrations, and prototypes to prove the solution's business value to the customer. Orchestrate workshops that drive technical approaches and best practices aligned with the customer's defined business objectives and priorities. Present Salesforce Marketing Cloud technology infrastructure, with a deep understanding of platform capabilities, hosting infrastructure, security, and integration capabilities. Assist Solutions Engineers in transferring knowledge to ensure successful use of the solution. Develop and deliver ongoing enablement, helpful content, repeatable solutions, and tools to support the Solutions Engineering organization. Continually participate in product, sales, and procedural trainings and certifications to acquire and maintain necessary knowledge. Required Qualifications

Strong understanding of digital marketing processes and significant experience delivering data‑driven marketing solutions. Four‑year college degree or equivalent experience with demonstrated proficiency. 5+ years of proven consulting and solution design experience working with customers. Deep understanding of and passion for the digital marketing landscape. Experience designing data flows to ingest, process and export data across multiple systems. Experience delivering presentations and demonstrations to senior‑level business and technical audiences. Experience facilitating customer‑focused workshops. Excellent time‑management skills and the ability to support multiple concurrent projects. Can configure an end‑to‑end solution on the Salesforce platform. Continually looking to experiment with and learn new technology. Understanding of enterprise software sales process and methodologies. Knowledge of server‑side web development languages, scripting languages, and protocols such as HTML, XML, JavaScript, HTTP, CSS, JSON. Broad experience in large‑scale database and data warehousing technology, ETL processes, analytics and cloud technologies. Data and CDP expertise: Salesforce Data Cloud platform experience to support pre‑sales engagements. AI Knowledge: Experience with machine learning concepts (predictive and generative AI) and the ability to communicate value to diverse audiences. CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and modern data stacks; comfortable discussing governance, security, and integration. Understanding of REST API integrations, SDKs. Knowledge of scalable computing resources via cloud environments like Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform. Understanding of the architecture of cloud‑based platforms including SaaS, PaaS, multi‑tenancy, multi‑tiered infrastructure and application servers. This position is defined as a “remote employee” with expected travel to clients and internal collaboration: 25%‑50%. Preferred Qualifications

Experience as an architect, solution engineer, IT consultant, or developer in a customer‑facing role providing differentiated technology solutions. Data Cloud and/or Agentforce implementation experience. Expertise in designing and implementing data integrations across various systems. Hands‑on work with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), agent‑based frameworks, and prompt engineering. Proven experience presenting and demonstrating to senior business and technical stakeholders. Experience facilitating and leading customer‑focused workshops. Familiarity with enterprise software sales processes and techniques. Awareness of data governance and privacy regulations. Proven experience in a specific field, vertical, or market segment is helpful. Location & Travel

Typical base salary for this role is $168,420 – $225,260 per year (with a higher range of $185,220 – $247,730 in California, New York, and certain major metro areas).
