Job Summary We’re looking for a curious, tech-savvy communicator to help analyze workflows, interview internal teams, and identify opportunities to improve processes using automation and AI. This is an ideal role for a recent graduate (0–3 years of experience) with a journalism, communications, or tech background who loves figuring out how things work and translating insights into action.
What You’ll Be Working On
Interview internal stakeholders to understand workflows + friction points
Research best practices and synthesize findings into clear documentation
Partner with technical teams to recommend automation + AI solutions
Map workflows and document requirements, tasks, and dependencies
Present insights to cross-functional teams and leaders
How You’ll Excel In Your Role
Strong writing + research / investigative skills
Builds trust quickly and communicates clearly across audiences
Demonstrated interest in technology, AI, or process design
Degree in Journalism, Communications, Business, IS, or relevant discipline
0–3 years of experience
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Familiarity with automation tools or scripting
Basic understanding of system architectures or data flows
Experience mapping workflows or documenting requirements

Compensation The monthly salary range for this position is $5,417 - $5,917, with an annualized equivalent of $65,000 - $71,000.
Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
